Over the last 10 years, Nektarios has worked closely with hundreds of entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses. He co-founded Startupbootcamp FinTech to address the relationship between corporates, startups and investors on a global scale. He also co-founded Rainmaking Innovation, the global cooperative of entrepreneurs and led SWIFT’s Innotribe Startup Challenge, the first global FinTech startup competition. Driven by entrepreneurship, collaboration and the desire to improve the lives of the people making a difference in this world, Nektarios is a global nomad, travel geek, and sneaker freaker.

Marta Baldassarre has developed a multicultural mindset and approach working 10 years in France and 4 years in Hong Kong, focusing on generalist HR function with a strong focus on international mobility, talent management and coaching. With a “can do” attitude, Marta is curious and careful listener and can build an authentic relationship with internal clients acting as a real partner, combining business with human capital.

Neville Bourke has 25 years’ experience in HR Strategy & Change Management across diverse industry sectors. Neville’s most recent corporate role was at Bank of Ireland as the HR Director of Retail Banking. He was responsible for designing, leading and implementing the people, culture and capability change elements for the 230-year old organisation transitioning initially through financial crisis, then through digital transformation of Financial Services.

Neville is now an independent Organisation Change & Leadership Specialists who excel’s at developing people strategies and then converting those strategies into impactful, implementable people plans that have a demonstrable positive impact to performance and the bottom line.

Neville is also Senior Expert Advisor to the Irish Smart Ageing Exchange (ISAX) and has previously been awarded the Charles Harvey Award for academic excellence in 2003.

Achim Wolter – Head of People and Organizational Development, Baloise Group
